This software offers a solution for users
who want to extract specific records from an Access database. The user
simply chooses the required database and, if required, enters the
password. The top left pane shows all tables in the database with their
respective fields displayed on the right. There is a preview pane for
the first 100 entries. The user can choose the criteria for extraction
from a comprehensive drop down list. There is a button for creating a
new table, using the results displayed in the lower pane, and another to
switch databases. With this easy to use software, extracting a large
number of records takes just one click. Access 2000 or higher is
required. |
