This software offers a solution for users
who want to create and retrieve results from an online survey. The user
simply enters a title, the name and the e-mail address for results
before entering the survey questions. A background image can be chosen
from any location on the computer and there is a pane to enter a message
at the end of the survey - for example: to remind participants to check
that they have answered all questions before clicking on 'Finish'. The
user then specifies a folder for the output before creating the survey.
Each participant's survey sheet will be saved as an HTML document. |
