How To Find and Replace In Multiple Excel Files

1. Run Excel Find and Replace In Multiple Files Software.

2. Click the "Add Excel File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Excel Files in Folder" then select a folder.

3. Input "Find What" and "Replace With" in the textbox.

4. Tick "Match Case" if you want the searching to be case-sensitive.

5. Checking the "Make backup of Excel files before replace" if you want to backup before it is being modified.

4. To start finding and replace, click "Find & Replace!" button.
