Help with renaming files based on text content within the files.
1. Run Rename Text Files Based On Content Software.
2. Click the "Add File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Files in Folder" then select a folder.
3. Choose an option such as "Rename file based on the first line of the file", etc.
4. To start renaming the selected files, click the "Rename Files" button.

Change filenames of many files. Change case to upper, lower, proper (title) or sentence case. Add character(s) to beginning, end or inside of file name by position or by referencing surrounding character(s). Remove and replace character(s). Remove alpha, numeric, alpha-numeric or non-alpha-numeric.
