This software offers a solution for users
who want to automate typing of commonly used text strings based on a
short key phrase. The user simply clicks the "add new macro" button and
types in the short (key) phrase in the first column, and the full text
string to be typed in the second. Each time the short phrase is typed,
the associated long phrase is automatically entered in its place. This
works similarly to the AutoCorrect feature in MS Word. Macros can be
added or removed at any time. There are options to load the software on
Windows startup and to reside in the system tray. Using this time saving
software, time taken, for example, on data entry projects can be
significantly shortened. Also, this software can be used by tech support
workers who need to email the same long answers to common user
