Overview
MS Word To EPUB Converter Software is designed to quickly, easily and accurately convert multiple MS Word Documents into the EPUB format.
Main Screen
The Main Screen of the MS Word to EPUB Converter Software shows a list of the MS Word files to be converted. To add files to the list, it contains a button to add individual files, and a button to add all of the files from a folder. In addition the Main Screen shows the destination for the converted .epub output files, and a button to choose a new destination. The conversion of the displayed files is started with a click of a button on the Main Screen and the progress of the conversion is shown by a bar across the bottom. The Main Screen is shown below:

Word File(s) List
The currently selected MS Word files that have been chosen for conversion are displayed in a list at the top of the Main Screen as shown below:

If the full file name is too long to view in its entirety, as shown above, you may drag the field separator bar in the “Word File(s)” title bar to the right until the whole name is visible as shown below:

Note: you may have to keep the mouse button down and continue to drag the field separator bar out well beyond the edge of the Main Screen. A Horizontal Scroll bar will appear at the bottom of the “Word File(s)” list that you may use to scroll over to view the full file path as shown below:

Adding Individual Files
To Add individual files to the “Word File(s)” list simply click on the “Add Word File(s)” button. Doing so will display the “Add File(s)” dialog shown below:

Navigate to the directory containing the file(s) you wish to convert, and click on the filename. Multiple files can be chosen by holding down the “Ctrl” key on the keyboard while clicking on additional filenames. A range of files can be selected by clicking on the first file in the series and then holding the “Shift” key down on your keyboard while clicking on the last filename in the series. The selected files will be displayed in the “File name:” field. You may close this dialog and add the selected files to the “Word File(s)” list on the Main Screen by pressing the “Open” button on the “Add File(s)” dialog. To exit the “Add File(s)” dialog without adding the chosen files simply click on the “Cancel” button.
If you select multiple files and have yet to purchase a license for the MS Word To EPUB Converter Software, the following message will be displayed:

Clicking on the “Yes” button will immediately display a webpage that will allow you to purchase a license that must be entered into the Software to enable the conversion of more than one file at a time. Clicking the “No” button will take you back to the Main Screen, with only the last file selected added t the “Word File(s)” list.
Add All Word Files in a Folder
If you wish to add all the word files from a particular folder on your computer you may conveniently do so by pressing the “Add All Word File(s) in a Folder” button. This will display the “Browse For Folder” dialog shown below:

Navigate to the folder containing the word documents to be converted and click the “OK” button to add all of the .doc files in the chosen directory to the “Word File(s)” list on the Main Screen. To close the dialog and return to the Main Screen without adding any files, click the “Cancel” button.
If you select a folder containing multiple .doc files and have yet to purchase a license for the MS Word To EPUB Converter Software, the following message will be displayed:

Clicking on the “Yes” button will immediately display a webpage that will allow you to purchase a license that must be entered into the Software to enable the conversion of more than one file at a time. Clicking the “No” button will take you back to the Main Screen, with only the last file selected added to the “Word File(s)” list.
Delete A File
A File may be deleted from the “Word File(s)” list in two ways. Double clicking on the file in the list will delete it as will clicking on the file and pressing the “Delete” key on the Keyboard.
Choosing The Output Destination
The Destination for the .epub files converted from .doc files can be chosen by clicking the “…” button in the “Save Output To This Folder” field on the Main Screen. Doing so will display the “Browse for Folder” dialog shown below:

Navigate to the folder in which you would like the resulting EPUB files to be created and Press the “OK” button to accept. Press the “Cancel” button to exit this dialog without accepting the change.
If no output is chosen, the current working folder for the MS Word To EPUB
Conversion Software is will be used.
This may result in files created in an unexpected location.
Converting Files
To begin the conversion process, simply click the “Start Converting” button on the Main Screen. Each .doc file in the “Word File(s)” list will be converted to a file in EPUB format and placed in the directory indicated by the “Save Output to this Folder” field. The “Progress Bar” at the bottom of the Main Screen will mark the completion of each conversion as shown below:

When the process is complete, the following dialog is displayed:

Click the “OK” button to return to the Main Screen. Note if the “Save Output To This Folder” field is left blank as shown above the best way to find the EPUB files created is to search for them using the File Search feature in Explorer.
