Convert zip codes in a block of selected cells in MS Excel. For example, change "<city>, <state>" to "<zip>" or "<zip>" to "<city>, <state>". Also, add leading and trailing zeros to zip codes such that the length becomes 5 numbers. Excel 2000 or higher required.
