How To Reduce Excel File Size
Help with reducing Excel files.
1. Run Excel File Size Reduce Software.
2. Click the "Add XLS File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Excel Files in Folder" then select a folder.
3. Tick "Make backup of Excel files before...", if you want to make backup with the excel file.
4. To start reducing the selected files, click the "Reduce" button.
