2. Click the "Add Word File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Word Files in Folder" then select a folder.
3. Tick "Make backup of Word files before...", if you want to make backup with the word file.
4. Select method of reducing such as Bitmap, Device, etc.
5. To start reducing the selected files, click the "Reduce" button.
