How To Extract Email Addresses From OpenOffice Writer Files
Help with extracting email addresses from Writer files.
1. Run OpenOffice Writer Extract Email Addresses From Documents Software.
2. Click the "Add Writer File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Writer Files in Folder" then select a folder.
3. To start extracting emails from selected files, click the "Extract Emails From Writer Document(s)" button.
4. Tick "Delete Duplicates After Extraction" to remove duplicate results.
5. When there are email addresses extracted, click "Save As List" or "Save As Comma Delimited" buttons to save the results. To clear the results, click "Clear List" button.
