Help with extracting email addresses from MS Word doc files.
1. Run MS Word Extract Email Addresses From Documents Software.
2. Click the "Add Word File(s)" button to add files. Then an open file dialog will appear, hold CTRL or SHIFT key to select multiple files. To add all files in a folder, click "Add All Word Files in Folder" then select a folder.
3. Tick "Delete Duplicates After Extraction" to remove duplicate results.
4. To start extracting emails from selected files, click the "Extract Emails From Word Doc(s)" button.
5. When there are email addresses extracted, click "Save As List" or "Save As Comma Delimited" buttons to save the results. To clear the results, click "Clear List" button.
