This software offers a solution for users
who want to count the number of sentences in a piece of text. Text can
be loaded from a file or pasted from the clipboard. The user can specify
the characters that separate sentences (i.e. "." "!" "?") There are
check boxes to include Enter and/or Tab, and there is a button to choose
to ignore certain abbreviations that do not indicate the end of a
sentence, such as "etc." Results, displayed in the lower pane can be
saved as a text file or copied to the clipboard for pasting. |
